The density fiberboard is also known as the board, wood fiber or other plant fiber as raw material, applying urea formaldehyde resin or other suitable adhesive made of man-made panel. According to the different amount, divided into high density board, MDF, low density board.

    MDF, as soft impact resistance, easy processing,  is a good material for making furniture at abroad. Because the national standard of high density board is lower than the international standard, therefore, density board is need to  improve its quality.

    In high density board (MDF - Medium - Density - Fiberboard), according to the provisions of the national standard GB11718 - 89: wood fiber or other plant fiber as raw material, applying formaldehyde urea resin or other suitable adhesive, made in the range of 0.50 ~ 0.88 sheet density, called high density fiber board.

    High density board than particle board nail holding ability is poor, if the screws loose, because the density plate strength is not high, it is very difficult to fix. But now, many furniture using high density board, high density board furniture is inferior, the formaldehyde content is very high, on the human body harm is great, after after the hanging plate can eliminate formaldehyde.
