Our mechanical specialists have solved the technique problem of cleaning refiner static disc by high pressure injecting water based on Europe used experience and long term research and tests. The water is injected into the refiner disc by high pressure water through perforating on the static disc. On one hand by reducing the temperature of the teeth in fine refining area to prevent wearing quickly by annealing. On the other hand to prevent carbon deposition by flushing the refiner teeth. If squeeze out the water from plug screw then inject the refiner after filtrating, it also can clean some waste water.
