We has developed compressed air atomized gluing system by long-time investigation of using effect and many tests based on the steam swelling gluing principle. There are following unique advantages:

1.The nozzle of steam atomized system is more easily plug and glue at nozzle is more easily pre-solidify by the temperature of steam.

2.With pre-solidify from steam temperature, it will cause glue cost increased.

3.Increasing glue solid content, so as to reduce the water flowing into the drying pipe distinctly, which reduces producing line consumption and lowers the temperature of dryer pipe and glue solid content, thus saving glue!

4.Adopting quick fitting, which maintains and cleans whole system, at the meanwhile, it can be changed into gluing for old gluing system or steam swelling system according to the requirement.
