Due to the characteristic of the Continuous Press production process and equipment technology of wood-based panel production, the steel belt is the key equipment affect the quality of such production line is easily stuck with materials, glue spots and glue(especially using the MDI Glue for production).  It will affect product surface finish decline and the appearance quality is lower. At the same time, it will cause the production throughput decreased because the heat transfer rate is decreased, and direct impact on the profitability of such production lines! 

Because the stuck materials on steel belt has been heating up with high temperature and high pressure, it is strong adhesion and hard to remove. But the steel belt is the extremely critical equipment to the product quality, has high performance requirements at thickness, strength, flexibility,heating rate and so on. It cannot scratch with a hard object, cannot heating or burning with more than 500 degrees Celsius to cleaning the stuck material, and also cannot suddenly cool way to remove stuck material. It will lead to thinning of the steel belt that is in the same position for a long time to implement scrub with a soft paper, and caused the large-scale decline in the quality of products and a lot of losses.With such harsh conditions, how to ensure clean the steel belt is become the critical bottleneck of improving the effectiveness of Continuous Press wood-based panels production line!
